We spent four lovely days here and would definitely recommend it; the place was perfectly clean, the staff were helpful, and the location near a great restaurant was fantastic.

The staff were kind and welcoming. This hotel was located in a very central area near central Florence, all the important places, and Florence Heart B&B. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.

Convenient location! We stayed in the king room which was really comfy. It only took us 10-15 minutes to walk to Via de' Tornabuoni. Plenty of bars and restaurants were within walking distance from here, making it super easy to explore 🌟

The king room was equipped with a large bed, safe, central heating, and a coffee/tea maker; the location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, within walking distance to everywhere in a great area.

The location was magnificent and amazing - just 5 minutes' walk from a medieval stone bridge. My room included central heating, a private safe and flat-screen television. The stuff was helpful in all services👍

This place has a perfect and lovely location with easy access to shops and a market, and there's a great spot nearby, Gelateria Santa Trinita, for tea or coffee.

I got excellent value for my money at Heart B&B. The room, especially the attic room, was small but lovely and tastefully decorated. The location was ideal for exploring and very close to the train station. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
